Abilene

I was feeling slightly neglected over our stake conference weekend...With all of our meetings I felt like Craig and I were just not seeing each other at all....So.....On Saturday we ran away as a family for the day. :) It was fun. We drove to Abilene to visit Great Grandma Cheek's grave and the home where Great Grandma Gibson lived. I was impressed with how well Craig managed to find his way around town after so many years. He did a great job finding the cemetery too. We spent an hour searching for her headstone in the wrong area of the grounds, but we eventually found her. It was a fun day being stuck together driving and sight-seeing!

Halloween

Halloween this year went a lot later than it did last year! :) I guess that every these kiddos get older that may happen.... :) We had our ward trunk or treat on Friday followed by neighborhood trick or treating on Saturday with friends. Lots of fun and LOTS of candy. The girls were pink cats and Corban was a dragon.

Our baby is growing up....

Corban is getting bigger by the day! Last visit about a week ago he was up to 18 1/2 lbs. He's been eating solids for a few weeks now and will pretty much eat anything. :) He is so much fun! He sits up pretty well these days, but still prefers to "stand" while you hold him. He "talks" a lot too and still thinks his sisters are the coolest things on the planet....Love him!!

Joyschool :)

I started a little joyschool group with some others Moms in the ward for Abby. Right now it's her and 2 little boys. She LOVES having "school" like big sister.

Rain, Rain, and more rain

We had TONS of rainfall last week....We went for a drive to see some of the flooding in the area...So much wetness! We also discovered some pretty little mushrooms coming up soon after the rain cleared.

Sea World

We got to go to Sea World with Grandma and Grandpa Lundeen while we were in town for the blessing of little Oliver. :) So much fun! Thanks again Caleb for the tickets!

Here we go!

Grace started kindergarten this morning. How'd it go? Well, I went to drop her off and after getting her backpack put in her locker and finding her seat she turned and said, "Mom, aren't you supposed to leave now?" And that was that. Our little girl is in school and excited to be there. :)





Abby is going to miss her big sister. It's only been a few hours and already there is a big difference in her. She wants to be big too!






Little Corban is 4 months old now. We had a check up last week and our little man is just packing on the pounds! He's in the 90th percentile for his weight and 97th for his height! Big boy!
