Well, it's been a crazy 2 weeks, but we are back in our house. We had some surprise fixes that needed to be taken care of when we got here, but all seems to be holding up for the time being and we at least have all of our stuff in the house and out of storage. It's amazing how much stuff we have accumulated in just a few short years! Anyway, the girls room is the only one completely finished (see below). Craig was a sweetheart and painted it pink for me on Labor Day although he says the pink is an insult to his masculinity. :) We had a fun little trip to the cabin last week as well and enjoyed seeing G'ma, Granddad and Dana as well as Great G'ma and Granddad.
Here are a few highlights of the trip home as well....
Riding a in a train car with cousin Jacob

Playing in the nice grass with cousins

Some random water tower on the drive home....Not quite straight... :)

Glad you made it safely. The pink room is adorable. So cute.
i love the new *PINK* room!! we love pink around here!!
so i'm glad you had a fun trip back and you are settled back at home.
we miss you!! Ü
I like the pink room :-)! How do your girls do sharing their room? Whenever I have another baby Ella and Addie will share and I've been curious how little kids do with it...especially at bedtime :-)!
Marci-
My girls LOVE sharing a room. There are nights where I can hear them talking to each other until they fall asleep. They both refuse to go to bed unless the other one is too, so that's a downfall-No staying up for Grace.:) Generally though, they are really good about sharing...
Glad to hear you made it back ok. It looks like you had some fun along the way.
it's only an insult to your masculinity if you are actually SLEEPING in the room.
