Here is the stadium where we took a left.
Then we saw an alligator. Yes there are alligators here right next to our house.
When I (Craig, honestly who would think Janessa would do such a foolish thing) tried to get closer for a picture he jumped into the water and went for a swim. He was alarmingly fast.
As we continued on we found a single pine tree who had been overrun by vines. Why just this one we may never know. Looked cool though.
Then our little detour got a little bigger. We found another little path, this one ran down the bank of the Wando River. Along the path we found a very big/old tree and lots of birds.
Note the huge cargo ship in the back...
Then we came to a little park... no pictures. Then we found some random graves.
Here is the bridge we had originally set out to go picture...
Anyway, here's our walk for the day...More to come....

wow! love that you posted so many fun pics! looks like ya'll live in a beautiful place with a lot to do!! i have to come visit!! your girls are looking so big...especially gracie...don't let dad know about the wildlife ya'll seem to have...it just might end up in one of his tanks...haha. gotta love dad. miss you! wow, looks like some fun adventures just for taking a walk. the only thing interesting we find on our walks is the occasional smell of a jon from new home construction sites. Particularly interesting are the random graves, from my experience that is not uncommon there and throughout the east like Va where families owned the property for generations and they would have a family plot on the land, etc. Very excited for all your new adventures!
Looks like a great walk. BUT, I have to ask the obvious...Janessa, were you scared of the gator? Because I know how you are with spiders.

Surprisingly no, not scared of gators at all. It only seems to be the incredibly small, harmless creatures of this planet that scare me to death....
BTW, deleted posts were viruses being posted as soon as I added/updated blog, so watch out for them on your own blogs too--Had a weird name attached to a "click here" icon. Just delete them...
