I'm really going to try to be better about taking pics of this beautiful place. It really is so different and beautiful. I have crossed over more bridges in the past week than I have in my entire life...Then again, living on an island we are connected to everything here by bridges. We have to cross over a really big one to get to church and often see really big cargo ships docked on the side there---very cool. This past weekend we saw all kinds of boats out enjoying the warm weather...I am sure as the month wears on we will see more of that. It still doesn't quite feel like "home" here, but it is definetly worth being here for awhile--I almost feel like we live in a giant resort right now. :) The girls and I enjoyed a little walk down to one of the parks here this morning and thought we'd share some pictures.
Here is the view from our balcony this morning....If you look carefully in the upper left, is the exit right onto a beautiful street full of shops and restaurants....

Here's my Grace....

Abigail on the slide--Also, the beautiful building behind her is a High School...

Thanks for the nice trip to the Boone House! The trees and flowers are pretty but not nearly as beautiful as the thraee girls who were visiting the Slave Houses. Grandad
